Game Day Check-In Procedures:

30 minutes before 1^st Game:

• Report to the Field Marshall Tent at the complex your games are being played with the following items.
  • A copy of your roster
  • Guest player forms (3 max).
    • Please use your state’s forms.
  • Travel Permit for out of state teams.
  • State Medical Waivers
    • We will verify that you have them for each player.
    • They can be your originals as we will not keep them.
  • Player pass cards.
    • Player pass cards will be checked against your roster and “banded” for the weekend.
• You will get your Tournament Packet at this time.

15 minutes before all games:

• Players and coaches report to a Field Marshall, stationed near the playing field, with “banded” player passes for the standard equipment check-in.
